The sense of renewal in the environment. The mud and income taxes, but not in that order!
It's Severe Weather Preparedness Week this week. What's the most severe weather event you've experienced?
The ice storm in Ottawa in 1998. Actually my family didn't have it too bad. We were only without power for less than 24 hours. Some people were without it for over 3 weeks!! Library and Archives Canada - SOS! Canadian Disasters. More in wikipedia.
Daylight Savings Time begins next Sunday, three weeks earlier than in previous years. How do you feel about DST? Love it, hate it, couldn't care less?
Love it and am glad it's being moved earlier.

Income taxes, how could I forget that? Ugh! I hope the pretty flowers can make up for that just a little bit. I love the lily on your blog header. So spring-like!
